​Deposit must be paid at the time of booking in order to secure your appointment.

Deposits are NON REFUNDABLE but can be transferred to another appointment with a 24 HOUR NOTICE BEFORE scheduled appointment.

Remaining payment methods are only cash or zelle preferred. Cash app, Apple pay, Apple tap to cash, And Card payments will have $3.oo fee.

Deposit can ONLY be transferred to a rescheduled appointment ONCE. If client miss that appointment or needs to reschedule a second time, appointment must be made through booking site with a new deposit paid.
Please arrive to your scheduled appointment time 5 minutes early for consult if needed for service.
ALL clients After 10 minutes late, a $10 late fee will be added to total.
If client still has not arrived after 15 minutes, Appointment will be canceled. Deposit non refundable/transferable.
Due to limited space No extra guest or children will be allowed in Step Outside The Box's suite unless also being serviced.
All Appointments Requested Before Hours ( 5 am - 9 am)
will have an additional $50 fee.
